The following businesses/programs that provide care and supervision for children of all ages are allowed to operate under the current Shelter In Place order, so long as they complete a Site-Specific Protection Plan with the reopening guidelines provided below:
- Day camps
- Sports camps
NOTE: Youth, school-based, club, recreational, and amateur sports programs remain unaffected by Marin's tier status within the Blueprint for a Safer Economy. At this time, only professional sports are allowed to proceed with games and live-audience venues in a limited capacity. Since Marin County has no professional sports organizations, this means all other sports activities are limited to current State guidance. Childcare Establishments and Youth Programs are permitted to operate consistent with State of California Guidance to create a safer environment for staff, children and youth.
