Safely reopening Marin County from COVID-19

Agriculture

Current Status

Agricultural businesses are allowed to operate as defined in paragraphs 15.f.i. and 15.f.ii of the current shelter in place order, and their status will not be affected by the State of California's Blueprint for a Safer Economy.

Reopening Guidelines

Each business much create, adopt and implement a Site Specific Protection Plan (SPP) prior to reopening. The SPP template combines state-level guidance published in the California State Resilience Roadmap and local Marin County public health policies.  Agriculture-related businesses / operations should follow the guidance below to create a safer environment for workers.

Incorporate the appropriate industry specific guidelines from the state guidance linked above into the “Business Specific Best Practices” section of your SPP.
