Current Status

Marin businesses shall operate in strict compliance with the state’s guidance for the purple tier. Libraries may provide in-person services at a maximum of 25% capacity. Libraries should follow the guidance for retailers. The State Library has also released guidance for the re-opening of libraries for in-person services. Libraries should follow the guidance below to create a safer environment for workers and patrons.

Reopening Guidelines

Each business must complete the COVID-19 Site Specific Protection Plan (SPP) prior to reopening. The SPP should include approved business-specific protocols outlined in State Guidance.
